The backstory.
In 2005 Valdi Blaszak started a dental lab in Buffalo. By 2020 it had made hundreds of thousands of restorations, and the clinics it worked with were doing 80 to 120 full arch cases a month.
The wall.
At that volume you see every failure. Loose screws. Broken multi-units. Chipped zirconia. Patients coming back to clinics that had done everything right. The lab was remaking bridges it had made correctly the first time. Every system on the market had the same weak points, because every system had been assembled one part at a time by companies that never had to live with the callbacks.
The discovery.
The only way to run that much full arch was a system without the weak points. Not a better screw. A system where the screw, the connection, the framework, the lab and the surgeon were designed together. So Valdi called the people who could build it: Dr. Thierry Giorno, who had designed implant systems for thirty years. Dr. Matt LaSorsa, who places more full arch than almost anyone. Dr. Rick Miron, who wrote the book on PRF. Tom Fitzpatrick, forty years in dental.
The plan.
Build it for our own clinics first. Run it at volume. Fix what breaks. Only then put it in anyone else's hands.
The result.
A workflow where the patient walks out the same day with a screw retained bridge, the lab is down the hall, and the callbacks stopped.
"I don't know how we're going to top this system, because it is superb."Dr. Frank Aiello, DDS
The invitation.
Dentists all over the country were fighting the same problems. Rather than sell them parts, we built a training facility next to the lab and started teaching it. That's what the courses are. Come see it work. If it isn't for you after day one, we refund your tuition.
