The System

The old way has five weak points. We removed them.

Most implant systems were designed one piece at a time, by different companies, over decades. The implant from one, the multi-unit from another, the screw from a third, the restoration from a lab that has never met the surgeon. Every handoff is a place it can fail. OsseoPure was designed as one system, by clinicians and a lab, so the handoffs are gone.

Old way vs. new way

The old way

  • A 1.4 mm screw holding a full arch
  • A tie base between the implant and the bridge
  • Angled multi-units to rescue bad angles
  • Heavy bone reduction to make room for all of it
  • A lab in another state that has never seen your patient
  • Zirconia that chips, and a whole new bridge when it does

The OsseoPure way

  • A 1.6 mm screw that centers itself, so it doesn't loosen, strip or break
  • Screwed directly to the implant platform, no tie base
  • Any divergence seats passively, so the angle is your choice
  • Less reduction, because there's nothing to make room for
  • A lab in the same building as the training, with surgeons on staff
  • A framework the lab guarantees, with repairs you can do chairside

The thinking

Designed around the failures, by the people who kept seeing them.

The lab was finishing 80 to 120 full arch cases a month. The clinics were placing them. Every failure came back through the same door, and the pattern was always the same: it was the parts, not the surgery. So the engineer who designed the system (Dr. Thierry Giorno, who designed implant systems for 30 years before this one) started from the failure list and worked backward.

Surface.

Nano-textured so bone treats it like bone. Aggressive threads for immediate stability without the crushing torque that starves the bone.

Connection.

One connection across the whole system. Place a one-piece, a two-piece, or both in the same arch. Prosthetically they all become the same.

Screw.

The spherical screw is self-centering and 1.6 mm. That extra material is the difference between a bridge that stays tight and one that comes back loose.

Framework.

Zantex: lighter than titanium, stronger, bonds to every restorative material. Relinable. Repairable in the mouth. Guaranteed by the lab.

Fast Fit

Minutes, not appointments.

  • 10 minutessingle-unit crowns
  • 35 minutesfixed dentures
  • 60 minutesFP1 and FP2 bridges

Chair time for the restorative appointment with the Fast Fit workflow. Your times will depend on your case and your team. You see it done in live surgery on every Buffalo course, and then you do it.

Scan. Design. Print. Deliver. Same day.

  1. 01

    Scan.

Intraoral scan with scan bodies. Any scanner you already own.

  2. 02

    Design.

The lab designs the provisional while the patient is in the chair. The surgeon sees it before it's printed.

  3. 03

    Print.

In your office or ours. Chairside printing is taught on every Buffalo course.

  4. 04

    Deliver.

Screw retained, seated passively, the same day. "Every patient I've treated has left with a screw-retained prosthesis." Dr. Rhett Eklund, DDS

PRF

Your patient's own blood, doing the healing.

Platelet rich fibrin is part of the system, not an add-on. Dr. Rick Miron, co-founder, has published more on PRF than anyone in the world. The 3-day Buffalo course gives it a full day: blood draws, membranes, plugs, sticky bone, extraction and grafting, facial esthetics.

The lab

The lab is not a vendor. It's a co-founder.

OsseoPure Labs grew out of XL Dent, started in 2005. 600,000+ restorations. 45+ technicians. 100% made in the USA. The same lab sees thousands of cases a year from OsseoPure's own clinics, so when something can be improved, it gets improved. Your cases go through the lab portal to people you met on the course.

"I've switched to the OsseoPure lab as soon as I started doing this. They're very easy to work with."Dr. Rick Redmond, DMD

Bringing your team? Staff seats are $495.

Your assistant, hygienist or office manager learns the restorative and digital side next to you, so Monday morning everyone is on the same page. Add them when you register or later from your confirmation email.

"They let me bring my two team members."Dr. Rhett Eklund, DDS

Zero risk

Come for day one. If it isn't for you, we refund your tuition.

Sit through the first day. If you don't think the course is worth it, tell us and we'll refund your full tuition. If you can't attend, your registration becomes a credit toward any future course. No penalties, no forms.

The fastest way to understand it is to watch it work.

Two or three days, live surgery, your own station. If it isn't for you after day one, full refund.
